Holy Moley, Velveteen!

Anna Maria's Velveteen, Home Dec Sateen and Voiles are here!  They join the rest of the Innocent Crush quilting cottons for a near complete collection (we're still waiting on a handful of voile prints).  Pictured above are three of the eight velveteen prints in the store, and the first four voile bolts that have been received.  This is truly luxury fabric-- the velveteen is super smooth and rich, perfect for coats, skirts, and pillows.  It would pair beautifully with the School Picture Dress pattern from Oliver and S for a gorgeous holiday dress. 

I am totally taken with the voile-- like, freaking out how-can-I-get-some-of-everything, sort of taken.  I've worked with Anna Maria's version of this floaty cotton before in both quilting and garment applications, and it is a dream to sew with.  We still have some left from the Little Folks line, so if you love it, get it before it's gone.  You won't be disappointed!
