Alexander Henry and Birch Fabrics

I am late with a Weekend Project and will most likely move the "weekend" part over to Tuesday, but I couldn't wait to make sure you knew about some great new arrivals. We've been receiving a steady stream of bolts from Alexander Henry. Prints from AH are consistent day-brighteners. The above three are just a sampling and would win me big points in my house of little boys (pirate-ish flags!). Two new lines from Birch Fabrics are here! They are 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and they are beautiful.

*The Sale cabinet has been stocked with organic prints, including those from the previous Birch line. We've added an entire bin of Sale apparel fabrics, too-- printed knits, fancies, madras, and I even spied a Liberty print in there yesterday.

*If you are a Supportland card holder, make sure to check in with them tomorrow to watch your points magically double for the day! A little V-Day gift to yourself might be in order.

*At the end of this month, the staff at Bolt are participating in our very own Sewing Getaway Team Building Exercise (I can't promise there won't be over-sized T shirts). That means that along with our regularly scheduled closure on Monday, we will be closed Tuesday, February 28. We will be bringing back a pile of new, finished samples for display at the store, as well as pattern reviews and blog fodder.
