Just In: Silks, U.S. silkscreened, oilcloth and Madrona Road

by Gina

Thanks again for the help with making some space for our new goodies!  You’ll now be able to ooh and ahh over the beautiful collection of raw silk we just brought in.  It’s a classic bunch—blacks and whites.  A new pencil skirt for fall, anyone?  And, they are offered at a really great price!

We’re thrilled to bring back designs by Josi Severson of Ten14 Textiles.  Her designs are fresh and modern, she silkscreens her organic cotton twill and sateen right here in the U.S. of A.  We always love sourcing things as locally as we can and are proud to carry her goods.  The colors are wonderful, perfect to keep things bright through the winter.  (Gasp, did I just say winter?!)

Another local designed line is gracing our shelves at the moment.  The fab, fab, fab line Madrona Road by the oh-so-talented and lovely Violet Craft is here.  We have over a dozen prints and they look amazing!  You’ll surely want a bit of each.

Getting back to summer…the oilcloth has been flying out the door lately and a new batch just came in!  There are some delightfully different designs.  I’m particularly fond of the orange / beige/ green flower in boxes print.

I’ll leave you with a few odds and ends of some illustrative pieces—wishbones, glow-in-the-dark skeletons and mushrooms…let your imagination run wild! See you soon!
