As we settle into our new space, we are getting caught up on all sorts of things, including keeping you up to speed with the latest additions to our online store! Cate’s been busy adding all sorts of new things over the past few weeks. Please be sure to check back regularly, and I’ll do my best to keep y’all updated. This week we received our Megan Nielsen pattern order, including the super cute Tania Coulottes, perfect for the sure-to-come heat of summer. And for those jean makers out there, their new Dawn pattern is one you’ll want to be sure to check out!

With summer around the corner, you may want to start thinking about some linen wardrobe staples. The perfect linen will keep you cool all through the summer heat. We recently received a group of laundered linens from Merchant and Mills, rich colors and a drape perfect for dresses and pants. Another selection of linens arrived last week from Japan, in the photo above—a silky linen twill that will sway in the slightest of breezes. Gorgeous, dusty lilac and mustard round out the collection of classic white, black and navy.

Looking for something with more color? Check out the amazing, rich Dutch wax prints (we refer to them as African Wax Prints on our site).

There’s also a group of tie dyed rayon prints newly added to the site. We’re dreaming up Kielo Wrap Dresses, Ogden Camis and the ever-loved Shirt No. 1 in these beauties.

And, for styles calling for a bit more structure, peruse the latest addition to our Liberty of London Tana Lawn collection.

Where will you fit all the new fabric you’re itching to sew up? Well, lucky for everyone, we’re collecting donations for Modified Style’s upcoming fundraising fashion show through the rest of March! Bring in a donation of clean fabric, at least a yard in size, and we’ll say thanks with a coupon for 15% off your next purchase. Be sure to check out Modified Style Portland’s site and see all the great events they have about sustainable fashion!
