If you've sewn a few (or many) garments but still struggle with getting them to fit just right, join us for Fit Lab!

Fit Lab is an open studio session with some hands-on fitting and alteration instruction. It's led by Bolt instructor Annika Schindler, a local fashion/costume designer who has taught some of our most popular fitting and patterning classes.

Bring in a project with fit issues that call for a professional opinion and Annika will provide personalized guidance. You'll also build your fitting skill set as you observe solutions to a variety of fit issues among other attendees.

Bring a finished garment, a work in progress, a muslin, your paper pattern, or all of the above. All sewing tools and machines are provided at the Bolt studio, but you may choose to bring your own muslin fabric or tracing paper if you anticipate altering your pattern.
