Got a pile of clothes in need of mending but not sure where to start? Mending is one of the best ways to make your wardrobe more sustainable and make your favorite clothes last longer.

In this class, you’ll learn different ways to patch your favorite garments using visible patching techniques. You’ll learn about choosing patch fabric, hand stitching, and sashiko while mending one of your own garments.

This class will only use hand sewing techniques and is suitable for beginners—if you can thread a needle and make a stitch or two you can learn to fix your clothes!

This is a Level 1 class. You’ll find more information about our class levels here!

Ages 18 and up.

Our classroom is up one flight of stairs. If you need accessibility accomodation, please e-mail us 3 days prior the beginning of class at classes@boltfabricboutique.com.
