Got a pile of clothes in need of mending but not sure where to start? Mending is one of the best ways to make your wardrobe more sustainable and make your favorite clothes last longer.
In this class, you’ll learn how to do a classic woven darn while mending one of your own garments. This class will be focused on darning flat areas of garments, such as sweaters, pants, and the heels of socks. We’re hoping to offer specific sock darning classes in the near future!
This class will only use hand sewing techniques and is suitable for beginners—if you can thread a needle and make a stitch or two you can learn to fix your clothes!

Ages 18 and up.
