Happenings around town: Adriene Cruz class and American Legion Rummage Sale

Textile artist Adriene Cruz is holding a workshop this Sunday, "Tribal Hair Ornament Design" at Cargo. See all the details below. Adriene is an incredible artist, and overall delightful person. This workshop is sure to be a great time.

The other event happening this weekend that we want to share is the rummage sale happening at the American Legion Post 134, just down the block at 21st. The proceeds will go to the Oregon Military Support Network. Their guidelines: items must be clean and usable. Please no broken stuff. Please no old tube TVs. Receipts are available for any donation. They will be BBQ-ing out front both days too! A great opportunity to clear out some unused items and find some things you can use.

We will be open our regular hours all holiday weekend, so stop on by!
