Machine Basics: Sew a Pillowcase

  • Bolt Fabric Boutique 2904 Northeast Alberta Street Portland, OR, 97211 United States (map)

Saturday, August 15th
2:00pm to 6:00pm
Level 0: Assumes you’ve never used a sewing machine

Never used a sewing machine before, or has it been a while? This project-based class will get you comfortable with the basics of using a sewing machine, and then will allow you to put those skills to the test by making an adorable pillowcase!

This class is part of our machine basics series and will cover threading and using a sewing machine. You do not need to know how to sew—we will teach you! We have enough basic sewing machines available in the studio and you don’t need to bring one, but if you have one at home that you would prefer to learn on please reach out to us at classes@boltfabricboutique.com. You’ll find more information about our class levels here!
