Level 0: Total beginner to embroidery
Join us for 3 hours of slow stitching fun and make your clothes your own!
We'll go over different techniques and best practices for sewing on both woven and knit fabrics (including adding embroidery to hand knits!), so bring anything you want to add some flair to.
We'll share and discuss the many ways you can get your chosen design on to your fabric, and there will be plenty of patterns and designs for you to choose from. If there is something you know for sure you want to embroider, please bring it with you (i.e., a stick-and-stitch pattern, a printout to scale of what you want to embroider, etc).
This class will cover 5 basic embroidery stitches that are foundational for many other stitches you might want to use. You'll go home with lots of ideas and resources to make pretty much everything you own magical!

This class is suitable for Absolute Beginners and above. Ages 18 and up.
Our classroom is on the second floor and is currently only accessible by stairs. We are working on a solution to make our space accessible to everyone.
