Join Angela Creais and learn how to make the classic beginner-friendly 9-patch Friendship Star quilt block and use it to create a beautiful 10" potholder or hot pad to use daily. This class is a good introduction to the basics of piecing a block and machine quilting.

2 fat quarters or similar amount of a light-medium weight cotton such as quilting cotton, shirting, etc.
1 ¼ yard Bias tape
Coordinating thread
Wonder clips or similar
