Machine Basics: Japanese Knot Bag

  • Bolt Fabric Boutique 2904 Northeast Alberta Street Portland, OR, 97211 United States (map)

Sunday, July 12th
10:00am to 2:00pm
Level 0: Assumes you’ve never used a sewing machine

Learn the very basics of how to thread and operate a machine, then make your first project! This simple, stylish Japanese knot bag can be made in two sizes.

We have enough basic sewing machines available in the studio and you don’t need to bring one. If you would prefer to learn on your own machine, feel free to bring it in. Just know that the teacher may not be able to help troubleshoot any machine-related issues that arise.
