This is a class for all levels, and doesn’t assume any previous knowledge. You’ll learn all you need to know about your machine to leave as a more confident sewist, no matter how long you have (or haven't) been sewing.

Vicky of Evergreen Sewing will start the class with a presentation that will demystify your sewing machine and empower you to solve problems and keep the machine in good shape in between professional servicing.

There will be plenty of time for questions. The class will wrap up with time to practice what you’ve learned on your own machine while Vicky is there to offer her expertise and clarify any confusion.

* How (and why) a sewing machine works
* How to thread any sewing machine
* How to solve the most common problems you'll have while sewing
* How to do basic maintenance on your sewing machine
